The other choices like Gapless and EZD just aren’t worth the added cost in my view.

After you sort the binders by size, color, type and ring, that huge list of 2000 binders you saw on your favorite online office product dealer’s website should be closer to 10-12 products, and far more manageable. From here it’s a just matter of selcting brand and price. I recommend the value of Universal brand binders because the quality is good, and the price is great – up tp 40% less than national brands. If brand is important, Avery is my first choice since they are the market leader, followed by Cardinal and Samsill which are both good brands too.

First, stay away from the office supply superstores who no longer have the best prices, and have huge corporate structures that create bad customer service. I buy office supplies online at a small independent office products dealer, and look specifically for companies that have low prices and free shipping, and do good work in the community.
